Unlimit Appoints Michele Fung as Head of APAC to Drive Next Phase of Growth Across High-Potential Markets

Based in Hong Kong, Fung will lead Unlimit’s strategy across the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on expanding the company’s presence in key markets and accelerating growth in high-potential markets.

In her new role, Fung will focus on identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and forging relationships with local and international merchants, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners across the region

Fung brings more than a decade of experience in global market entry, cross-border payments, and partnership development. Prior to joining Unlimit, she held senior leadership roles at leading fintech companies, including LianLian Global, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s overseas business. During her tenure, she helped build and scale LianLian’s Global Payout service, working closely with major global PSPs and neobanks to support merchants expanding across borders. She supported the company’s growth as a strategic enterprise recognised by the Hong Kong government.

Fung will drive Unlimit’s regional execution with its global strategy, helping enterprises navigate regulatory complexity, optimise cross-border payments and payouts, and access local acquiring and treasury solutions with strong on-the-ground support.

A recognised industry leader, Fung serves as Co-Chair for Digital Banking and Payments at the Fintech Association of Hong Kong. She is a frequent speaker at major international fintech and compliance forums, including Money20/20, Hong Kong FinTech Week, and the Asian Financial Forum.
