Modern systems require both probabilistic and deterministic thinking. AI agents accelerate delivery, reasoning, and experimentation. Deterministic platforms ensure compliance, scalability, reliability, and operational control. We strongly discourage manual coding where automation can do better. Instead, we promote spec-driven development, reusable architectures, and AI-assisted engineering workflows across the company.
